Is this a replacement for emergency care?
No. Unity Health is not for emergencies. Chest pain, trouble breathing, severe allergic reactions, stroke symptoms, severe injury, or life-threatening symptoms should be handled by calling 911 or going to the ER.
Do I need insurance?
No insurance is needed for cash-pay visits. The initial new patient visit is $100, and returning patient visits are $60.
Can prescriptions be sent?
When clinically appropriate, the provider may recommend treatment options after evaluation. Controlled substances and certain conditions may require in-person care.
What states are covered?
Unity Health lists licensure in Texas, Arizona, and Kansas.

Terms of Service
Medical Disclaimer
Unity Health provides telehealth services by Ashley Hall, APRN, FNP-C, licensed in Texas, Arizona, and Kansas. Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Payment Terms
New patient visits are $100. Returning patient visits are $60. Payment is due at the time of service. Refunds are not available for completed visits.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by texting 469-807-1055. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Technology Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a private location for your telehealth visit.
